All files are sent in a PDF format. To view the file, you need a PDF reader. Your computer likely already has Adobe Reader installed so you can just click the file and it will open in Adobe Reader. If your computer does not have Adobe Reader, click here to install it (it’s free).
Some digital products are delivered using a compressed ZIP file (this allows for multiple PDFs to be sent in one “file”). To access the digital product, you must unzip the file by following these steps:
(1) Download compressed ZIP file and save it to your computer. If you can’t find the file once it has downloaded, click “File Explorer” on your computer, then click the “My Computer” (or “This PC”) folder, and look in the “Downloads” folder. You can also try to search your computer using the file name.
(2) Right click file and select “Extract All” to unzip file. After extracting the files, you can move them to your Google Drive, Dropbox, or other file sharing program so that you can easily access the files on a different device.
Some mobile devices (phones, ipads) do not allow for files to be downloaded through a link. However, to try to download a PDF file, simply click the link. For downloading compressed ZIP files on your mobile device, you can try to press-and-hold the link for a few seconds and then click “Extract”. Another way to try to unzip the files on your mobile device is to utilize a free app to unzip the digital file (like FileExplorer Free).
